Green Tomato, Onion, Smoked Cayenne and spices in our classic white brine.

Adds acid and crunch to a cheeseboard or ploughman's. Adds garnish and character to a Bloody Mary.

INGREDIENTS
Green Tomato, Brine (VINEGAR, SUGAR, SALT), Spices (ONION & MUSTARD)

USE THE BRINE
1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette
1 part brine + 1 part bourbon = good times
