Green Tomato, Celery, Onion, Smoked Cayenne and spices in our classic white brine.

We love a Bloody Mary or Red Snapper.  So much so that we've released a pickle that can be used as a garnish - but it's equally as delish on a cheeseboard or sandwich.

We've called it a Bloody Thebby Pickle in honour of our home ground on West Thebarton Rd. This won't be limited for long!

INGREDIENTS

Green Tomato, Celery, Brine (VINEGAR, SUGAR, SALT), Spices (ONION & MUSTARD)

USE THE BRINE

1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette
1 part brine + 1 part bourbon = good times
