Carrot & Daikon. Shredded. With a slice of birdseye chilli, bit of pepper & coriander with our classic white brine. 

Mix with coriander for a quick and easy pork roll/cold roll stuffer. 

Toss through a salad for crunch and zing.

Daikon, Carrot, Brine (VINEGAR, SUGAR, SALT), Chilli, Spices 

USE THE BRINE

1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette
