Our take on a classic giardiniera. These crunchy pickled vegetables are ready to cut through the fat and add colour and texture to your next cheeseboard. Use as an appetizer, in salads or as a side.

Don't waste that brine! Splash it's acidity through guacamole and dressings. 

1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette
