Our take on a classic giardiniera. These crunchy pickled vegetables are ready to cut through the fat and add colour and texture to your next cheeseboard. Use as an appetizer, in salads or as a side.

Dice to add a briney crunch to hot dogs, sandwiches & burgers.

Don't waste that brine! Splash it's acidity through guacamole and dressings. Works a treat In with soda or in a margarita.

1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette


Carrot, Cauliflower, Fennel, Capsicum, Celery, Green Tomatoes, Brine (White Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Salt), Chilli, Spices
