Shredded Daikon & Carrot

SHREDDED CARROT & DAIKON

The lovely folk at Ngeringa had a surplus of daikon, we scored 100kg and shredded it with carrot from Virginia. Bit of chilli, bit of pepper with our classic white brine. 

Mix with coriander for a quick and easy pork roll/cold roll stuffer.

INGREDIENTS
Daikon, Carrot, Brine (VINEGAR, SUGAR, SALT), Chilli, Spices 

USE THE BRINE
1 part brine + 3 parts oil = vinaigrette
