Sweet, Sour and Surprisingly delicious 🍍

Pineapple pickled with jalapeño, ginger & mint. It's sweet, sour and perfect on a taco or toastie. A little goes a long way.
Dice and add zing to salsas or drop some tang on Hawaiian pizza.

Splash the brine through guacamole and dressings for a bit of acid. Works a treat In with soda or in a margarita.
